Our history

Cambridge Nutraceuticals is based in central Cambridge. We have close ties with Cambridge University. Founded in 2012 with just one product “Ateronon”, based on our patented form of bioavailable lycopene, Cambridge Nutraceuticals has since grown significantly. In December 2015, we launched our extended range of clinically-proven supplements under our new brand FutureYou.

Our aim is to develop a range of bioavailable supplements with clinically proven benefits. Cambridge Nutraceuticals product development is supported by a high profile medical board including, among others, Professor Alf Lindberg; former head of R&D at Wyeth and Aventis and former member of the Nobel Committee and Secretary of the Medical Prize, Peter Kirkpatrick BSc MBCHB MSc FRCS; a leading Cambridge University vascular neurosurgeon, and Dr Andrew Carson FRCGP; a senior NHS General Medical Practitioner.

The company was founded in 2012 by Dr Eddie Powell and Nigel Iskander. After founding the business Nigel and Eddie were joined by interim CEO Tim Dye.  In 2015 Tim became Executive Chairman and Adam Cleevely joined as CEO to set about launching a new brand of supplements.  In late 2015 the FutureYou range was born.

If it's not supported by data we won't sell it

Cambridge Nutraceuticals’ business originated in the development, formulation and clinical trials of its first product, Ateronon Heart.  Since then we have continually searched for other supplements which have similarly high standards of clinical testing.  With the launch of the FutureYou brand at the very end of 2015 Cambridge Nutraceuticals has increased the rate of products that it researches.
