Meet the new face of CurcuCat, our turmeric supplement for cats

After two-hundred and forty-five fabulous feline entries, a month of frenetic voting by the public and Express readers – and thousands of votes cast, counted and verified – we finally have our new ‘ambassacat’. We’re thrilled to introduce Sapphie.

Sapphie is nearly nineteen years of age and a Ragdoll Birman cross. She lives with her owners Sharon and husband Gary, and two schnauzers, Vader and Vera, in Frinton-on-Sea in Essex.

Sharon says: “I love all animals but Sapphie is my princess. I’ve had her from twelve weeks old and she’ll soon be nineteen and she’s still very playful and active and loves to pose.

“She very much enjoyed her photoshoot which was part of her prize. She drives our two Schnauzers mad as she’s very chatty. I’m thrilled that she has won.”

Sapphie will receive a free year’s supply of CurcuCat and her furry face will be appearing on packs in the future.

CurcuCat launched last month and follows hard on the heels of our turmeric supplement for dogs, Curcupet-K9, which we introduced last year, in response to customer demand. We felt it only fair that cats shouldn’t miss out.

Thanks to everyone who entered their pawsome pets into the New Face of CurcuCat competition and to all those who voted.

It’s been tremendous fun and we hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as we have.
